Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

The Isla Spotlight was created and continuously improved upon in an effort to uplift our local community (entrepreneurs and artists) and we intend to continue that precedent with our return policy.  We stand behind the goods and services of our vendors, and handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making every customer happy. 

The refund period varies with each vendor (partner), so please email info@islaspotlight.ca for more information. However, refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, you must contact us to determine the best course of action. Full refunds are guaranteed if you’ve received a damaged or defective product. If returns or refunds are requested for other reasons, they will be addressed  on a case-by-case basis, dependent on the vendor. 

While we hope that you love each and every one of your purchases, we guarantee a process that is as stress-free as possible with no-hassle return and shipping. 

*Only purchases made directly from islaspotlight.ca qualify for a refund or exchange. For all outside purchases from our Isla Spotlight vendors please contact each vendor directly through their personal channels.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.  

Gift cards:

All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds:

We will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been received and is being inspected. You will also be notified if your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, we will process it and you will receive credit for the item back onto the original method of payment. You can expect to receive your refund in 7-10 business days.  

Exchanges:

We will only replace products that have been damaged or defected, unless otherwise specified by a vendor. Please contact info@islaspotlight.ca if you would like an exchange for the same item. 

Commission Products:

Customized products are non-refundable unless damaged during the course of shipping. 

Shipping:

Currently, we ship throughout Canada with the exception of Quebec. 

Once your order is received, you can expect your delivery within 14 days. Depending on the shipping location, please expect longer delivery times due to the impact of COVID-19. We are working hard to get your order to you in a timely manner and we Thank you for your continued support to our local creatives.
