About Susan Isaac

Susan Isaac Design unveils a unique perspective on life that invites you to pause and reflect. Her one-of-a-kind glasswork art uses an ancient Egyptian fused-glass technique that captures the nuances of colour and texture that reveals a ‘microscopic hidden world’ found in nature and deep within glass. With this parallel I hope to inspire a deeper appreciation of the subtleties of a more soulful life. After decades of soul searching, to find my way back to my creative self, in combination with focused study of fused glass, I found myself breaking through a cocoon of uncertainty and limitation; my metamorphosis was complete.

With this transformation, I felt my soul was akin to a Butterfly, finally free and taking flight. Butterflies became my symbol of transformation inspiring creation of my one-of-a-kind “You Can Fly” glass collection. My unique alchemy of experiences and deep understanding of the healing forces of nature and science, allow me to infuse each kiln-fired creation with powerful positive emotion. My uplifting designs radiate with heart-filled intentions that bring more joy, courage, and connection into life resulting in functional art that soothes, reignites and celebrates the human spirit. These empowering messages are applied to gifts that can be worn, decorate your home, or be given as meaningful mementos on any occasion.

My newest collections ‘Courage’ and ‘Hope’ aim to encourage one to stand bravely in the darkest of days, find hope to see one’s way through to the light, and find inner strength to take the first step on a new journey. My hope is to express and share my joie de vivre through my art, personal mentorship, motivational speaking, and inspirational writing.
